Clement Nocos

Clement Nocos currently works as a policy analyst at Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) through the federal department’s Policy Analyst Recruitment and Development Program (PARDP). He has had previous stints as candidate handler to federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh, a communications assistant at the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin, and an intern at the United Nations in New York. Clem has also previously worked as a bike courier and freelance writer with work published by The Globe and Mail, VICE, and GQ Magazine. He holds dual Master of Public Policy degrees from the University of Tokyo and the Hertie School in Berlin, and a BA in history, political science, and sociology from the University of Toronto, St. George.
